Mr. Agus Hermansyah who has extensive experience in mechanical engineering disciplines such as design, supervision, execution, operation, repair, maintenance, drawing and specifications, technology and applications, recommendations to companies in mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, processes, mechanical design, research and development. He has strong background in minerals and metals, metallurgy, materials, field research, mechanics, metal cutting and welding, mechatronics, automation, control systems, industrial managements, computer programming, 2D/3D design and modeling, system simulation, analysis and implementation, rotating machineries, centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, screw pumps, multiphase pumps, pumps' P&IDs, pump and motor couplings, pump and motor skids, piping skids, pump base and machine foundations, data acquisition and vibration analysis, pump performance and pump system string testing, system integration, tanks and agitators, nuclear components requirements, ASME and ANSI codes, boiler and pressure vessels, valves for nuclear facilities.

Mr. Hermansyah received The Joseph Whitworth Award from The Institutions of Mechanical Engineers for a university research paper in 2004 and He hold Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Ottawa, Canada.
